In view of the scenario of the great transformations that marked the 1960’s, Sansuy was founded in 1966 by Japanese immigrants devoted to agriculture. Since the beginning of its history, Sansuy, a 100-percent Brazilian company, has been driven by the determination to create solutions. The first step was the development of high-pressure hoses for agricultural spraying. Currently, it has a productive capacity of 38,000 tons/year, industrial units in São Paulo and Bahia and offices in São Paulo, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, and Bahia. The result of all its efforts has been the achievement of important certifications like ISO 9002, QS 9000, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO TS 16949:2009. In addition, it has become the leading South American manufacturer of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) laminates and has seen an increase in its exports.
