Since it was founded in 1960, Linhanyl has been the largest manufacturer of Nylon and Polyester sewing thread for footwear and leather goods in South America. Currently, Linhanyl has 4 manufacturing units: the main one, located in Sorocaba - São Paulo, is dedicated to the production of continuous filament thread used by the footwear, leather goods, upholstered furniture and also by the demanding automobile industry. This unit also manufactures Trilobal Polyester thread for industrial embroidery machines. Recently, Linhanyl inaugurated its newest manufacturing unit in the city of Porto Feliz, SP.
